VBH has updated its webshop, VBH24, to make ordering easier for customers. It now includes a product configurator, designed to show customers the exact hardware required for each project on complex installations such as tilt and turns, bi-folds or greenteQ Invisifold slide & folds.
We can even track the progress of our orders and being able to save our most regularly ordered items into ‘Favourites’ makes it really quick and easy.

    VBH24 means customers can place orders, track orders (whether placed online or via phone), check stock levels and pricing, search for part numbers, view and download invoices and much more. Ordering products can be made even easier and quicker by creating a ‘Favourites’ List, or by uploading CSV data files that contain the VBH part number. Those with an up-to-date credit account can place orders and they will be processed automatically.
“The updated version of VBH24 with its new features makes it much slicker to use,” continues Adam. “Of course, we’ve still got the option of picking up the phone, so VBH are keeping that personal touch too!”
VBH customer Adam Webb, Director at Garrard Windows, is responsible for ordering the hardware for his business. He says: “We’ve been using the VBH24 online shop since it was first introduced 5 years ago. We order the bulk of our hardware through it and can easily check stock levels and confirm prices – best of all, everything’s in one place.
Gary Gleeson, Marketing Manager at VBH, adds: “Not only can our updated webshop be used to place bulk hardware orders, it’s also designed to make it simple to select and order the components needed for individual windows and doors, or to price on tender documentation, for example. Customers can even upload their own spreadsheets to place orders; all we need is a column denoting the product number and quantity. Weekly or monthly ordering can now be completed more efficiently.”

Cornwall Glass has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Steven Marques as Sales Manager.
  Joining the glass processor and IGU specialist from Saint Gobain Glassolutions but with extensive experience, including the automotive glass sector, he assumes responsibility for customer accounts from Bristol and along the M4 corridor.
Manager for Glass Guru in Cape Town, a high end manufacturer and processor of frameless glass doors and balustrades. Prior to this he worked as Regional Manager for USG Auto Glass and before that in a series of management roles within leading processing businesses and glass wholesalers in Johannesburg.
“I started out in glass working for a family member in South Africa, so I have seen the industry up from very basic glass processing on the factory floor, through to senior and management roles”, explained Steven.
Mark Norcliffe, Director, Cornwall Glass, said: “We’re delighted to have Steven on board. He brings incredible experience to the role. He knows the glass processing business up from the grass roots, which gives him a great technical understanding and is something which I am certain will be an asset to Cornwall Glass and its customers.”
